Welcome to Sing It, Sister.We're so excited to welcome you into our community. These Terms & Conditions explain how our Launch Gatherings, Taster Sessions and Memberships work. By purchasing a Launch Gathering ticket, booking a Taster Session or becoming a member of Sing It, Sister, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Sing It, Sister

Sing It, Sister is a welcoming women's singing community based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, founded by Camilla Lewington.Our mission is to create a safe, supportive and uplifting environment where women can sing, build confidence, make meaningful friendships and enjoy time that's just for them.

2. Sing It, Sister Launch Gathering

The Sing It, Sister Launch Gathering is an introductory event designed to give prospective members the opportunity to experience our community before committing to membership.Your Launch Gathering ticket includes admission to the event only. The full value of your Launch Gathering ticket (£20) will be deducted from your first month's membership if you choose to join either on the evening of the Launch Gathering or within 48 hours of attending. After 48 hours, the Launch Gathering ticket is no longer redeemable against membership. Launch Gathering tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Sing It, Sister. If Sing It, Sister needs to postpone the event, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date or, if you are unable to attend, a full refund will be offered.

3. Taster Sessions

We offer a £20 Taster Session for prospective members who would like to experience Sing It, Sister before joining. The cost of your Taster Session (£20) is fully redeemable against your first month's membership if you join within 48 hours of attending your Taster Session. Only one redeemable Taster Session is available per person.Taster Session fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by Sing It, Sister.

4. Membership

Membership provides access to weekly Sing It, Sister rehearsals together with any member benefits available at the time. Membership is paid by recurring monthly subscription, collected automatically using your chosen payment method. Your membership secures your place within the Sing It, Sister community and is based on annual participation, rather than the number of rehearsals held in any individual month. Membership begins once your first payment has been received and continues until cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Membership places are subject to availability.

5. Membership Year & Planned Breaks

Sing It, Sister operates as a 12-month membership programme. To allow for rest, planning and preparation, there are two planned breaks within our annual calendar: The month of August and two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. Your recurring monthly membership payment remains unchanged throughout these planned breaks. Your membership secures your place within the Sing It, Sister community for the year and enables us to continue planning rehearsals, performances, events, music, administration and member experiences throughout the year.

6. Founding Sister Membership

Founding Sister Membership is limited to the first 10 members. Founding Sisters receive a lifetime membership rate of £44 per month, provided their membership remains continuous. Should a Founding Sister cancel their membership or allow it to lapse, the Founding Sister rate cannot be reinstated and any future membership will be charged at the current Standard Membership rate.

7. Standard Membership

Standard Membership is currently £49 per month. Membership includes: Weekly rehearsals, Optional performance opportunities, Member-only events and experiences, Community updates and Exclusive member benefits as they are introduced As Sing It, Sister grows. additional benefits may be added to enhance your membership.

8. Membership Payments

Membership fees are collected monthly in advance via your chosen payment method. If a payment cannot be collected, we'll contact you to arrange payment. If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, we reserve the right to suspend membership until your account has been brought up to date.

9. Cancelling Your Membership

Membership operates on a rolling monthly basis. If you decide to leave Sing It, Sister, we simply ask for one calendar month's written notice, sent by email to:hello@singitsister.co.uk Your membership will remain active throughout your notice period. Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

10. Attendance

If you're unable to attend a rehearsal, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or credits. Your membership secures your place within the community rather than payment for individual sessions.

11. Changes to Sessions

Occasionally we may need to change rehearsal venues, dates or session times. Where possible, members will receive reasonable notice. Should Sing It, Sister cancel a rehearsal, we'll do our best to provide an alternative session or suitable arrangement.

12. Photography & Video

Photographs and short video clips may occasionally be taken during rehearsals or events for use on our website, social media and promotional materials. Your photography preferences will always be respected. If you'd prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, simply let us know before the session begins.

13. Accessibility & Wellbeing

We want every woman to feel comfortable and welcome. If there's anything we can do to make your experience more accessible or enjoyable, please contact us before attending and we'll do our very best to help.

14. Respecting Our Community

Sing It, Sister is built on kindness, encouragement and mutual respect. By attending our events and rehearsals, you agree to treat fellow members, guests and facilitators with kindness and consideration. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership where behaviour is abusive, discriminatory, threatening or repeatedly disruptive to the experience of others.

15. Liability

Whilst every reasonable care is taken during rehearsals and events, attendance is at your own risk. Sing It, Sister accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to rehearsals or events. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

16. Privacy

Any personal information you provide will only be used to administer your booking, membership and communications relating to Sing It, Sister. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
